Place in The Nature where grow creativity and friendship. From 2003 year we slowly work on renovation of our farm (2 ha meadows + 2 ha forest) we plant trees, we have a vegetable and herb garden, restore original buildings and construct new buildings by using local materials (wood, straw, clay ...) and combine traditional and alternative engineering methods. We develop few new visions but reacently we are focused on eco farming, original woodworking, fine art and photography. We run fine art gallery, practise art therapy, organise art-eco-sociology symposiums, performance art festival, workshops to adults and children, we like rituals. There is a workshop for restoration and making furniture. We grow topinambours (Helianthus tuberosus L., 1753) and breed sheep and live with two littl but great childern and nice dog and cats. Help welcome with: Work in the garden, flower beds, a greenhouse, watering, weeding, mulching, digging and planting. Work in the field, mowing, raking, tending trees in the orchard and so on. Work on the building - plaster made of natural clay, eco-buildings, renovation of stone walls. Work like collecting wood, cleaning, help in kitchen, etc. Working in a workshop with wood, restoration of old furniture and new production. You can help also with the gallery, preparation of exhibitions. We like doing yoga or are happy to learn anything from more experienced people in any field. We are open to creative people. We have organised creative stays and meetings, now under the auspices of the Association of Planet Chaos, operate year-round program of exhibitions Gallery Cabinet Chaos, focusing on professional fine art and themes closed to "The Village and Nature". We love connect people in beautifull natural space, with music and movement and we hope to develop a closer relationship with the nature in possible harmony. We are family, with love to live neat by to nature, we planted, use permaculture philosophy, we love animals, we have small group of chicken, sheeps, we have a nice male dog, two old cats, so if you want bring any animal please consulate with as. Veronika-me I'm visual artist, teacher of art, im interested in artetherapy and im focus also on psychotherapy, I have 5th year training, I organise of art exhibitions in our Gallery Kabinet Chaos. Gallery we run from 2011, and its focus on humanistic and natural themes with we found in contemporary art scene of Czechia. Ivan is restorer of historic furniture, craftsman, builder of small architecture with you can see in our fields. He take care about forest, animals and work in woodwork workshop. We planned to build new cabin in 2023, you can take a part and learn something new! See You soon, Vero Od roku 2003 obnovujeme hospodářství (2 ha louky + 2 ha les), zakládáme sad, máme zeleninovou a bylinnou zahradu, opravujeme původní a stavíme nová stavení za použití místních materiálů (dřevo, sláma, jíl…) tradičními metodami. Součástí hospodářství je řemeslná dílna (restaurování a výroba autorského nábytku). Chováme ovce. Naši sousedé chovají koně. Pomoc při: lesnických a stavebních pracích, kosení, práce na zahradě, v sadě, práce se dřevem. Máme středního knírače a kočky, děti a hodná zvířata nám nevadí. Práce na zahradě, záhonky, skleník, zalévání, pletí, mulčování, rytí, sázení atd. Práce na louce, sekání hrabání, opečovávání stromků v sadu atd. Práce na domě, omítky přírodní jílové, ekostavby, spárování kamenů, různé. Práce v lese, čištění sbírání dřeva atd. Práce v dílně se dřevem, restaurování starého nábytku a výroba nového. Rádi si zacvičíme jogu, nebo se cokoliv přiučíme od zkušenějších v jakékoliv oblasti, v současné době zkoušíme pěstovat topinambury kterým se u nás výjimečně dobře daří. Jsme otevřeni kreativním lidem s kterými se rádi podělíme o své životní zkušenosti. Pracujeme také v oblasti vizuálního umění, fotografie, video, objekty, akvarely a performance, uskutečnilo se zde několik eko-sociálně-uměleckých sympozií a umělecky zaměřených workshopů, pobytá a setkání, nyní pod hlavičkou Spolku Planeta Chaos, provozujeme celoroční výstavní program Galerie Kabinet Chaos, zaměrenou na témata "Vesnice, Přírody, atd". Máme rádi hudbu a tanec a vše bychom postupně rádi více a více propojovali s přírodou a jejími krásnými dary. Beautiful Place in Nature full of Life! Creative house in every corner, where everybody gets ideas, what and how work can be done! Ivan & Veronika welcomed me so warmly, I felt from the beginning at home. And they cared for my well being until the last morning! This place really inspired & motivated me to be creative myself and not only in a craft way, but also in putting my ideas about life & living into action! Also I appreciated my own little hut in the garden, even in the winter warm, cozy and spacious with fire stove and cuddly cat. <3 Thanks Ivan for your generousity, good nature & inspire me with your practical skills! It was our first time wwoofing, and we left with good memories. Thank you, Ivan, for giving us a lot of different work assignments to keep things varied during the week we stayed at the farm. Also, we appreciate your family welcoming us in such a busy time as you had. We hope Johanka and Hugo are doing well and are still as adorable as when we were there. Although we ended up contacting you through your e-mail and phone on the chaos farm website, we are glad we found you on the wwoofing site. All the best to Veronika and the rest of your family! We would reccomend staying with you to others, for it was truly a lovely time, working and living alongside in your homestead.

Zajímavé a příjemné místo, zvláště pro lidi kteří ocení originální umění, nebo práci se dřevem. Mohl jsem si ale také zkusit stříhání ovcí, nebo spolupracovat na přípravě festivalu Color meeting. Polička je krásné město, lidé přátelští a mají tam výborné pivo :-) Doporučuji navštívit.

It was my first experience as a Wwoofer (summer of 2016). Ivan, Veronika, Hugo and Joanna hosted me with open hearts and provided me a beautiful experience. They have a beautiful land with a forest in the middle where you can have a peaceful moment. The landscape is amazing! They do not live from the farm, so there is a lot of things you can do with the garden and cultivation. Just bare in mind that might not be the priority for future activities in the farm to continue with that. If you like artistic work, I am sure you will be in the right place. Veronika is a great artist and Ivan makes furniture. I am sure they will be happy to teach and share their knowledge. I helped a bit in one art exhibition and one festival, which was very rewarding mainly because I study emotions and being part of the process gave me many sociological insights. They give you a lot of autonomy to choose your time and activities you want to be engaged in. Babysitting and cooking are also important things they need to get done to help to organise the everyday life (mainly during summer when kids are not at school). I just say that if you have an open mind and heart for spontaneity and a bit of order in the disorder, you will have a fantastic time in Chaos! Svitavy is a great city near Policka, where Chaos is based. I suggest you to spend at least one day there. Also, they are not difficult to communicate by email or phone messages. I will definitely keep this family in my heart and go back at least to give a huge hug whenever I can.

*It is my experience at the CHAOS in summer 2014. CHAOS has been keeping as the Wwoof-host quite long time, Ivan also was a Wwoofer so they understands and respect volunteers, they will glad to share with you their experience...so I really recommand to visit them. Also, if i could describe this space, it has something strange, abnormal and free atmosphere -not negative way. I was really appriciated from that.. There's several rooms for guests, so volunteers don't have to worry about having private space for themselves. You can get good connection of internet. Ivan aims for showing the rural life as the Wwoof farm, in positive and also negative way-so just the facts that isn't exaggerated, I think it is good choice to visit them, for whom dreams to do the Wwoof farm. They enjoy the exotic foods so you will have a great time if you enjoy cooking. The closest city Policka is the city of Bohuslav Martin, who was the composer, and also the another close city Litomysl is the city of the composer Bedrich Smetana, so if you are interested in classical music and the composers, I would like to recommand this farm to visit that cities on free days :)
